Always hand knit and designed by Beanies by the Bay in my home in San Anselmo, California, just north of the Golden Gate Bridge in beautiful Marin County.
Hand knit for you from superb quality super soft pure merino wool by Cascade yarns (Spuntaneous worsted effect). Wide folded brim using “no purl” rib knit and smooth knit body and crown with a crochet loop on top so you can “hang your hat” after a long day out…. A must addition on to your beanie drawer stash.
FYI: The primary difference between Merino wool and other sheep wools is that Merino can grow finer fibers. This characteristic leads to some distinct advantages over coarser wool. Such as: Merino clothing isn’t itchy.
